Department of Rural Roads to build roads in response to Mae Sot Special Economic Zone
Department of Rural Roads will construct roads for the routes จ and ฉ based on Mae Sot Comprehensive Plan in Tak province. Mr. Darun Saengchai, Director General of the Department of Rural Roads, said that his Department has the policy to develop a network of rural roads supporting the Special Border Economic Development Zone, promote the expansion of trade, investment and reduce traffic problems in the communities. It is also consistent with the development strategies of Tak province that designated Mae Sot as a border trade gateway.
